About VECTOR

Built on operational experience. Guided by structured analysis.

VECTOR Operational Resilience is a founder-led consultancy that brings practical operational experience into business risk, continuity, and resilience consulting.

01Purpose

Why VECTOR exists

To close the distance between preparedness on paper and performance in practice.

Most organizations have emergency plans, continuity documents, and established procedures. The harder question is how those elements perform when normal operations are disrupted, and most organizations only find out during the disruption itself.

VECTOR was founded to answer that question earlier. Its approach combines business understanding, emergency management education, intelligence-informed analysis, and frontline emergency response experience to evaluate how organizations prepare for and manage disruption.

The firm's work does not end with an emergency plan. It helps organizations understand operational risk and turn preparedness into practical capability.

Kyle Rothschild

Founder · VECTOR Operational Resilience

Kyle Rothschild is a career firefighter assigned to rescue operations in a midsized Connecticut city. His work there takes place in environments where infrastructure, decision-making, communications, equipment, and organizational readiness are tested under real consequences.

He holds a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurial business from Fairleigh Dickinson University and ongoing graduate study at Georgetown University in Emergency & Disaster Management and in Applied Intelligence, including structured analysis, threat evaluation, and related analytical disciplines.

His background also includes technical rescue, mechanical systems, and product design. VECTOR is the result of that combination: an analytical approach to organizational risk, informed by direct experience of how operations fail.
